It seems like everyone is on a diet or planning to lose weight, doesn't it? It has to be one of the most common goals that people have when deciding what they would like to change about themselves. But how many people fall into the trap of yo -yo dieting; loosing weight only to put it all back on again?

Often the answer can be to do with being in the right frame of mind. Most people would admit that once the had their mind set on something it was far easier to accomplish.

A bit like the smoker who wants to stop smoking for good, they often try and stop using will power alone and find it difficult; fuelled most of the time by everywhere they look they are being told that stopping smoking is difficult. Once they have their mind set on their goal it becomes easier.

The same principal can be true of losing weight or maintaining your ideal weight. Once you are in the right frame of mind and have decided firmly that you will achieve it then it becomes easier.

Which type of Hypnotherapy should I use?

That would depend on how much weight you have to loose and how long you have been trying. A few pounds can be dealt with using Suggestion Therapy. If you have more than a stone to loose it would be better to consider the Analytical Therapy.
